Whenever we participate in a direct repair program with an insurance company, we make sure that it demonstrates reasonable practices and that it doesn’t ask us to compromise integrity for a cheaper repair. Choose a shop that will truly stand by you when it comes to repairing your car.
Probably not. It’s no longer necessary to get three estimates. You’ll get an estimate and photos if we’re part of the direct repair program with your insurance company. The insurance company won’t use or review any other estimates you get. If we don’t participate, they’ll have an adjuster inspect your car and give you an estimate. We’ll take care of the rest.
